The Hills Missed Green Waste SL00778 - Late Saturday Afternoon

So this was a bit of a crazy day. On saturday the 7th of december i went out in the morning to check out what trucks are on the missed collections in baulko, literally nothing special was out just the normal green waste trucks and it was pooring rain so i went back home. Later on in the day i went to the shops which was around that area where the green was missed and i went on facebook and saw that one of the green waste trucks got into an accident. Obviously because of that the truck never came back out and the missed greens got missed if that makes sense. There were 4 trucks on green so one of them for obvious reasons went back to the yard and another one broke down and the other 2 trucks finished up for the day and went back to the yard so the one guy that was still working came back out in 778 to complete the work, i’m not too sure why he didn’t take out one of the other garbage or recycle trucks but hey i’m not complaining. He started back up at 2:50pm and collected his last bin at 4:20pm with a total of 316 bins on. 778 was having problems in the beginning, you can see a couple of times the arm didn’t want to come back in to its home position, that’s because the lifter encoder error kept popping up on the screen in the cab which stops the lifter completely until “ok” or “acknowledge” is clicked, later on the truck started working fine and the driver said he didn’t mind it, yeah it’s a old piece of sh!t but for its age it’s not that bad. I also informed ‪@NSWGarbo47‬ that 778 was out so he came out as well to capture this rare event. Still shocks me to this second that a old truck came out and was still collecting bins after 4pm
