Female Dominance

Some people say that they want equality in their relationship. They don't want one person to lead the relationship but let's think about that. What government exists without a leader? What corporation exists without a CEO? What army exists without a general? Is equality in any organization, including a relationship or family, a reality? I don't agree with equality and I believe women must take the lead and take control of our relationships and families. When couples start female led relationships they always report that everything runs smoother and life is simply better than it was in a male led relationship?
