Joan of Arc and Jan Žižka were two of the greatest military leaders of the middle ages. Both became national heroes of their countries, France and the Czech Republic, respectively. Both were heavily involved in the religious struggles of their time. At one point, they almost met on the battlefield.

This casual comparison of Joan & Jan by Kevin Duke was first published in Against the Odds Magazine #59, together with the board game 'Blind Faith' covering Jan Žižka's campaigns.
