The F-35A Demo Team, led by Major Melanie "MACH" Kluesner, is the subject of this SHORT, shot using an ‪@Apple‬ iPod Touch mounted on top of my video camera. This particular short is one of fourteen of the F-35A demo from Friday, and featured here is the square loop. Major Melanie "Mach" Kluesner takes to the skies to showcase the F-35A Lightning II over Naval Air Station Pensacola, the first of what should have been two F-35 demonstrations at the 2024 Blue Angels Homecoming Airshow. Mach put on a FANTASTIC demonstration of the F-35A, used by the United States Air Force and included additional maneuvers at the end of the performance as a Heritage Flight did not materialize that day (or Saturday). Her demonstration was the only F-35 demo that weekend as the U.S. Navy's F-35C Demo Team was in attendance but unable to perform due to maintenance issues.

The 2024 Blue Angels Homecoming Airshow took place on November 1-2, 2024 at Naval Air Station Pensacola (KNPA). This year's Homecoming Airshow is special as it is the first time both the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds appeared at NAS Pensacola and it is also the final airshow for veteran airshow announcer Rob Reider. This video was shot on Friday November 1, 2024.

Each ICAS member air show is eligible for a single package of the three music licenses for one air show at the cost of $650 for a one (1) day air show; $950 for a two (2) day air show; $1,200 for a three (3) day air show; $1,450 for a four (4) day air show; $1,700 for a five (5) day air show, $1,950 for a six (6) day air show; and $2,200 for a seven (7) day air show. The rate applies only to music broadcast over the public address system during the air show portion of the program and does not provide the air show with the right to use pre-recorded music at concerts or other non-air show special events held in conjunction with the air show.
