Weird ending on a Magnetic Video VHS tape!

This is from a copy of the 1977 VHS release of Anastasia (the 1956 live action version) from Magnetic Video that I purchased at a local thrift store sometime between January and February of 2015. After the movie is over, there's one bit from it accidentally spliced into the stretch of black. Minutes later, during the static, a tape recording suddenly pops up. It's the ending of Mowgli's Brothers by Chuck Jones along with some commercials and news footage on CBS, taped right off of TV. I think who was the first owner of this tape in the late 70s must have recorded that for their kids to see. (Or maybe regarding the quality, they must have recorded it on U-Matic a year before purchasing this tape, and then transferred it onto the very end here.)
