Fishing the Passaic River in North New Jersey is one of the most amazing experiences anyone can have as an outdoor experience. You can truly experience an up close and personal trip with wildlife species like, muskrats, beavers, river otters, mink, bobcats and more. And for us anglers, you can catch anything from large and smallmouth bass, northern pike, carp, perch, crappie, catfish and bluegills. Unfortunately, I went on 2 different trips and did not have tons of luck, but I do feel very good about the place and cannot wait to go back this year and see if I can figure it out a bit more. As you see in the video, we ended up running across a Bobcat, which is a very rare species to see in New Jersey, but seems as if they are starting to thrive.
