Panfishing from a Kayak

Larry Ladowski drops the Old Town Kayak into a central Illinois pond to do some panfishing. Utilizing a small search bait, Larry is able to locate an area that may be holding larger size panfish. A ned rig then becomes the primary focus in order to catch the above average size gill. Light equipment is extremely important, a medium to medium lite rod is your best bet when searching for these panfish.
