Today I have shared the recipe of how to make low oil beetroot tikki

Ingredients :
Beetroot : 170 gm (2 cup)
Potato : 1 medium
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped ginger : 1/2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilli : 4 or to taste
Dry roasted peanut : 2 tbsp
Chopped cilantro : 1/2 cup
Regular and black salt : to taste
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
Oil : 2 tsp and 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs to coat the tikkis
