1. Viewing Calendars in Overlay - Visually combine multiple calendars without actually merging any of the data, Select calendars in the navigation pane to see them side-by-side, Click the small arrow on a calendar tab to activate overlay.
2. Manually Copying Calendar Events - Switch the source calendar to a list view for easy selection, Select all appointments and then drag them to the destination calendar, This method creates a one-time copy of your events, not a sync.
3. Exporting Your Source Calendar - First, export the calendar you want to merge as an .ics file, Go to File, Open & Export, and choose to export a file, Select the specific calendar and save it as an iCalendar (.ics) file.
4. Importing Into a Calendar - Import the saved .ics file back into your main Outlook calendar, This action copies all events from the file into the destination, Remember this creates a static snapshot, not a live, synced calendar.
