The Fit Lab is excited to re-launch our...ATHLETE ACADEMY!

We aim to provide athletes with individual and specific training, based on each athlete’s goals. We deliver quality coaching delivered by world class Level 1 and 2 Strength and Conditioning Coaches who are overseen by legendary Strength and Conditioning Coach, Steve Nance. Steve comes with a wealth of knowledge in the fitness industry including, previously working with Elite sporting organisations such as The Brisbane Broncos and The Australian Wallabies.

Physiotherapy sessions are overseen by Cameron Lillicrap, who joined the team with an extensive background in professional Rugby Union, including representing Queensland and The Australian Wallabies. Cameron comes with more than 25 years experience and has practiced out of multiple Physiotherapy Clinics.

The Fit Lab Athlete Academy provides athletes with a pathway to become the best they can be over their sporting career using the absolute latest testing equipment, as used by The Australian Institute of Sport, to ensure athletes are held accountable and continue progressing.
