How to Make Gluten free Sourdough Starter from Scratch. This is the guide for you so that you can follow the steps easily. I tried to explain the process step by step for beginners.
By the way, I use Millet and Sorghum Flour to make Sourdough Starter but you can use any Gluten free grain flour such as oat flour, rice flour, amaranth flour, teff flour, buckwheat flour..etc. Each Gluten free Flour gives your bread a different taste and flavor. Also, you can make Sourdough Starter with Wheat Flour following the same steps. Sourdough Starter might be ready in 7 days. What you need to do day by day, here is the list :

Gluten free Sourdough Starter

Day 1
Sorghum Flour 15g
Millet Flour 15g
Water 30g
Stir one more time during the day

Day 2
Stir twice a day

Day 3-4-5-6
Sorghum Flour 10g
Millet Flour 10g
Water 20g
Discard 2/3 and Feed

Day 7
Sorghum Flour 25g
Millet Flour 25g
Water 50g
No Discard
