Shrek, the result of Dreamworks giving the cliche fairy tale storyline of most Disney movies the ultimate bird. Shrek absolutely shits all over cliche happily ever afterness, and it works beautifully, creating a hilarious movie, that was followed up with a trio of sequels. My personal favorite, being Shrek 2. This was a great movie, and really was something great.
