The Downfall of Noggin

Continuing my "discontinued kids channels" series today I decided to talk about Noggin which ran from 1999 to 2009 before eventually being brought back as a streaming app. This was heavily requested so I hope you guys enjoy! I had very vague memories of Noggin so it was such a treat to revisit.
