For this Painkiller Cocktail, you'll need the following ingredients:

3 oz. / 90 ml Pusser's Navy Rum (you can adjust the quantity to 2 oz. or 4 oz. depending on your preference)
4 oz. / 120 ml Pineapple juice
1 oz. / 30 ml Orange juice
1 oz. / 30 ml Cream of coconut
Whip shake ingredients with pebble ice. Once mixed, pour it over more pebble ice. Sprinkle some grated nutmeg on top.
