To make this design, you will need the following balloons:

1 mocha 6" quicklink (can substitute with a 5" round instead)
1 mocha 160
1 purple 6" heart
2 spring lilac 160
2 onyx black 260s
1 onyx black 160
3 Chrome Gold 7" rounds or 3 scrap ends of 260s
