IMPERIUM STORY - HOW IT CAME TO BE

Welcome and Thank You for taking the time to watch my story of WHY my small business Imperium came to be. The idea of imperium was created in 2019 where I sat down drawing what I believed would be the logo accompanied by detailed workout plans, explaining biomechanics, and writing out research I had discovered onto a PDF document I gave out for free to those who were wanting it!

3 Years later and I have a full Imperium clothing line, an app (www.bhimperum.com) and a supportive community that inspires me everyday to create and be a better version of myself.

I thank God for giving me determination and wisdom to create something that I hope can encourage people to be INDEPENDENT and AUTONOMOUS with their own Physical Health, learning about their body and Imperium supplying the means (Workout plans, Meal Plans, Acute Injury Education, 12 Video course education about your body, its movement, gym set up postures, daily resting postures, etc etc, Stability Program and Resistance Bands) To better not only your Physical health but the whole Well-Being.
