rutina del domingo noche 🍂

Mi rutina de noche cuando estoy sola en casa y tengo toda la casa para mí. Un reset sunday que necesitaba tener para poner el orden mis emociones y empezar la semana con la cabeza tranquila y despejada.

¡Estoy feliz de poder enseñaros a mis perritas! Sin ellas mi rutina habría sido muuuy diferente. ¿Alguien más por aquí con miedos? Quizá podamos hacer un vídeo sobre esto.
