It has been a little while since we last posted a SMaSH beer video. This week's return to single hop sampling does not disappoint. Vic Secret hops have an amazingly complex hop aroma and flavor profile. Certainly, this is a hop that stands well on its own. We discuss it's attributes and perhaps how to pair it well with a couple other hops of interest.
