This "RED CARPET RETURN" was a FULL FAIL!!
FINALLY! The Meg "returns to the red carpet" (where's the red carpet?) in one of the most confusing dresses we've seen. Is it supposed to be off the shoulder? Is it supposed to be puddling on the ground? What is happening? And, fun question: Which was worse?
