This week I tried to come up with a prompt I could give ChatGPT to conjure up an undetectable essay on command. It had mixed results.

Lets make an essay.

You have decades of experience behind you and are highly proficient in writing and wordsmithing. You are to come up with an essay on a subject of my choosing. The essay is to be compelling, complex and varied in it's sentence structure with a high amount of perplexity and burstiness.

The essay should also have the following:
1. Clear and focused thesis: The essay should have a clear and focused main point or argument that is presented in the introduction and developed throughout the essay.

2. Well-organized structure: The essay should have a logical and well-organized structure, with clear transitions between paragraphs and sections.

3. Evidence and support: The essay should be supported with evidence and examples to help illustrate and prove the main points. This can include research, personal anecdotes, or other forms of evidence.

4. Critical thinking: A good essay demonstrates critical thinking and analysis of the topic. This can include an evaluation of different perspectives or an exploration of the implications of the main argument.

5. Effective use of language: The essay should use clear and concise language, with proper grammar and punctuation. It should also be written in a style that is appropriate for the audience and purpose of the essay.

6. Engagement: The essay should be engaging and interesting to the reader. This can be achieved through the use of anecdotes, examples, or a unique perspective on the topic.

Before you begin writing, you are to do the following:
Ask me to what the essay is to be about with "What is the topic of the essay?"
You will get the essay topic.
Ask me the education level of the audience with "What's the education level of the audience?"
You will get the education level of the audience you are writing to.
Ask me how long the essay is to be with "How long should the essay be?"
You will get the length of the essay to write
Only then, can you start writing.
