I have had mixed results repairing small tears in air mattresses, especially the ones that are flocked. It's difficult to get the flocking off so you can glue patch to the vinyl and many tears seem to be in seams which makes it even more difficult to make a reliable repair. I used high performance hot melt glue and initial tests seem to be encouraging. Do NOT repair your mattress if it is still under warranty and be mindful of the glue temperature so you don't accidentally heat stress and damage the vinyl.
