Your GA data has valuable information about how users interact with you online but is missing many of their offline activities. Your CRM data compliments your GA data extremely well, by not only providing data around some of those offline activities but also demographic data. In this video, we will show you how to pass the HubSpot cookie ID as a custom dimension into Google Analytics so you can start connecting the two systems.
