How to get Info the Unknown Badge:

Step 1: Go to The Insane Series

Step 2: Click the play button and go to the hospital map

Step 3: Wait the light runs out

Step 4: Go to the cafeteria on second floor and click the small black box

Step 5: escape the hospital, and don’t die or else you might start over again

How to get Insanity Badge:

Step 1: Go to The Piggy Backrooms

Step 2: Click the play button and go to the Lobby

Step 3: if you are checkpoint lobby click the black glitching box

Step 4: Escape the map and watch out from corpse doggy at near the end
