My name is Leighton. I'm a professional chef by day. I make Pho for a living and in my spare time I like to eat other people's Pho. Each week I pick a random restaurant in my endless search for that perfect bowl of Pho.

Today we were meant to go to Pho Hiền Vương, which has an unfortunate reputation for being known as the "Toilet Pho". They were closed so we went over to their competition Pho Hùng.

A few things from this episode left a bad taste in my mouth...I end up handing out the lowest score ever on this channel.
