Simple advice on Interview Questions

In today’s video I have been asked about interview questions.
What questions do they ask most often and why?
What is the employer after in your answer?
Who decides if you get hired or not?

I am looking at it from a hardrock underground interview situation, but most areas of the industry use the same types of questions, for the same reasons.
If you are planning a mining career, then it pays to invest in the mining knowledge you will need to survive in one of these jobs as a Nipper, Truck Operator, Agi Operator or Diamond Driller Offsider.
