This is easily one of my favourite songs in the whole musical, and it was amazing seeing this on the big screen.This one I tried a few fancier things in developing :D, including adding an entire choir for many bits to give it the full cinematic / finale vibes, or on the flip side playing the entire first verse through a music box to ease the listener into a lullaby-like environment.

Which then lifts sections like 2:07 or 1:30, that convey the overwhelming finality of Glinda and Elphaba's relationship, through the overlapping themes and ideas all trying to put themselves (but hopefully not) above the character's melody lines.

Try spot all the references to Defying Gravity (besides the sweet callback at 3:06), Dancing through Life, Couldn't be Happier, Popular, the 'Unlimited' motif (in many spots) and other themes and songs from the musical.
