Preheat oven to 350 degreens bake for 18 minutes
egg whites of 5 eggs (room temp)
3 teaspoons ground
1/2 teaspoon + 1/8 of a teaspoon (lol) creaam of tartar
1/4 cup of butter + 4 tablespoons brown sugar swerve + 1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 4 tablespoons swerve confectioners
I calculated the nutritional info but its approximate! It depends how much of each thing you use.
Calories: ~115 (for 1)
Fat: ~7.86g
Total Carbs: ~5.6g
Fiber: ~3.75g
Net Carbs: ~1.85g
Protein: ~6.33g
This is based on making 4 mini cinnamon rolls with 1 tablespoon filling and 1 tablespoon of frosting with pecans.
