From the high volume commodities like fresh hens, loins and hogs, to niche items like brisket bone, cod, to exact from Colombia or a special ten pound pack of spare ribs for the Pacific Islands, or rib strips in a special box for Puerto Rico. Our global information network is backed up by information systems which allow our teams to identify the best valued product for our customers.
