🌿 FULL RECIPE🌿

INGREDIENTS
1 can coconut milk full fat
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp agar agar powder
1 tsp tapioca flour (aka tapioca starch)
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
Start the recipe by preparing a cheese molds and lighting spraying a 2” deep, glass bowl with oil, and set aside.

Add all ingredients to a saucepan and set to medium heat on the stove.

If you are using this cheese for pizza or grilled cheese and you want it to melt. Add to 1 ½ extra tsb of tapioca flour. If you would like a firm sliceable cheese you can leave the tapioca flour out. I like to meet somewhere in the middle and use about ½ tsp for a solid, shreddable but melty result.

Stir frequently with a whisk until mixture begins to boil.

Turn down the heat to medium low and stir constantly for 6 minutes until mixture is smooth.

Immediately pour into the prepared cheese molds. The cheese will start to set the minute it is pulled from the heat.

Once the cheese is cooled completely cover and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
