Hi, I'm John Gardella, branch manager with Skyline Home Loans in Westlake Village. I want to tell you a lot of wonderful reasons about why Skyline is the company to work for.

First and foremost, the leadership of Skyline, with Bill Dallas at the helm, is one of the biggest reasons why I am here at Skyline. And you'll see, later on in the video, a lot of loan officers are at Skyline because of our leadership.

Second, the product that we have here and our ability to delegate underwriting to dedicated underwriters without having to send it out keeps us in control of the underwriting, the docs, and the funding. In 2017, we're expecting to see a 50% drop in refinancing but a 50% increase in purchase transactions. So having control and delegating is going to be key.

We also have all of the wonderful government products, and we go down to credit scores as low as 580. CalHFA is coming back and is going to be big in the new year. Skyline definitely has all the loan products to have a successful 2016.

Last but not least, I think it's important that you align yourself with a company that will help you build your purchase business. Skyline helps you connect with realtors in a myriad of ways. Right now, there is a realtor presentation going on behind me. Loan officers are talking to realtors about products that we have every month, and we get business out of it. We also have things like listing reports, agent select, etc. These are all hot products that will help build your business,

Skyline Home Access is probably the hottest tool that we have right now; we go out to corporations and building relationships which turn into leads for you.
