I Found A Better Spot For Vietnamese Crepes

Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese Sizzling Crepe) is one of the most delicious dishes in all of Vietnamese cuisine. We had the impossible goal of finding the "best" in the city. This is impossible to pick as there are so many varieties and so many vendors in Ho Chi Minh city. We narrowed are choices down to make it easier choosing to only focus on the large southern style. I can't say for sure we found the best banh xeo in the whole city, but I can say I found my favorite within a 20 minute drive of the center of the city.
