I'm back with a true milestone!
One of the most iconic games of the arcade scene, a mix of Run 'n Gun and Platform, and a pioneer of great video game revival, it has now set the standard for scrolling.
One of the first to feature the power-up system that allows you to spend a health point without losing it completely...by taking armor, you can sacrifice it in place of your health, returning unprotected. There are also various weapons that can be used with different effects.
There is also a world map containing the levels, the first of its kind.
The graphics are truly well-crafted, and the completely new gameplay offers a unique dynamic. The difficulty is quite high; as if that weren't enough, the game forces the player to replay the entire path at least once!

Uno dei giochi più rappresentativi del panorama arcade, un mix tra Run 'n Gun e Platform, e avanguardia della grande ripresa videoludica, stabilisce oramai lo standard dello scrolling.
Uno dei primi a presentare il sistema di potenziamento che consente di spendere un punto vita senza perderla completamente..prendendo l'armatura infatti si potrà sacrificarla al posto della vita, ritornando scoperti. Vi sono inoltre diverse armi da poter usare con effetti diversi.
Vi è inoltre una mappa del mondo contenente i livelli, la prima del suo genere.
La grafica è veramente ben curata, il gameplay del tutto inedito offre una dinamicità unica nel suo genere. La difficoltà è piuttosto elevata, come se non bastasse il gioco costringe il player a rifare tutto il percorso almeno una volta!
