Amberly has been the best selling neighborhood in Cary in the past year and one of the reasons is because it has amazing amenities. I'll take you on a tour of the pool and clubhouse so you can see if this is the lifestyle for you and your family.

Here is the transcript Hi, I am Marianne Howell Wright with Triangle Area Real Estate. I am going
to take you to Amberly in Cary and give you a tour of the neighborhood.

Amberly has wonderful amenities. There is a huge . . . well it's not huge,
but there is a lake. It is right over here to my left -- I don't know if
you can see it or not -- where you can fish. You could have like a canoe.
No motor boats in the lake.

There are walking trails all over Cary and Amberly especially. There are
sidewalks on the streets. It's a great place for just going out and meeting
people, and one of the best places to meet people is in the Residents Club
in Amberly. So come with me and I am going to take you on a tour of the
Residents Club in Amberly and give you an idea of what the neighborhood is
like.

When we first drive up by the pool, it's really exciting. The kids' hearts
start pounding. Here we are going in to the club house, and it's really
much bigger than it looks in the front. We're going in to the lobby, and to
the left there is a desk where there is a full-time activities person and
receptionist.

This is a big party room. You can rent it, if you live in Amberly, for
parties and receptions. It also has a catering kitchen, which makes it
great for food.

There are two balconies overlooking the pool in the back and the playground
in the front. We're going to go outside and look at the pool. It's kind of
the star attraction. There are two water slides. In the back, that tower is
a huge water slide. The one in the front is for like toddlers. There's a
lap pool with a very active swim team.

On weekends, they have a food truck that will come to the parking lot so
you can get dinner and then go for a swim.

This is the playground. There's also a big fitness room and gym. But I
didn't show it to you because people are exercising, and I didn't really
want to take their pictures.

There's personal training available and lots of classes. It's a great way
to meet people.
