I'm a former radio DJ and TV Host Melissa Maxx. formerly of WBCN Boston, KLOS Los Angeles, The Shark Miami, & "Tiny House Builders" on HGTV.
After years of working in radio & TV I became ill with an auto-immune disease that affected me on every level; physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.The auto-pilot way that I had been living my life just wasn't working anymore.
I studied up on the mind-body connection, health & wellness, personal development & growth, psychology, & spirituality. Using myself as a guinea pig, I turned my life, health and attitude completely around!
As a result, I have been able to handle anxiety, stress & the ups and downs of life in a much smoother way. I am able to navigate through my circumstances, rather than being taken for a ride.
