Here is our summary for week 11 of our #YLWellness17 program. This week we discuss some of the most powerful supplement tools we have for supporting digestion: enzymes. Young Living has 5 different enzyme products and each are discussed. As we move further down the digestive tube into the small intestine, we encounter the pancreas as an accessory organ. The pancreas produces digestive juices that are secreted into the duodenum to help with breakdown of carbohydrates. The duodenum gets its own video after self-massage for the stomach and liver with Di-Gize and JuvaFlex is discussed on Day 3. On Day 4 we are back to the duodenum/small intestine and focusing on the absorption of nutrients into the blood stream. We can use a variety of tools for helping the digestive system and Digest + Cleanse is worthy of its own bonus video. And finally, we discuss the lifestyle change for the month...stopping the poison of toxic laundry and dish soap, especially those that contain synthetic fragrances. Happy Wellness!
