Makita-Powered Electric Kettcar // Transforming a Toy Car

Описание к видео Makita-Powered Electric Kettcar // Transforming a Toy Car

We're transforming a toy car into an electric vehicle. We install a 36v motor, a controller, a pedal, and wire it all up. But here's the twist that makes this project super cool — we're going to power this car with Makita batteries! Two batteries give us exactly 36v, which means we can quickly take the second pair, and put the first one charing.

Part 1: First things first, I needed to weld a new cogwheel to match the motor. Now, I don't have a welding machine, so off to my buddy's garage we go!

Part 2: We're going to wire everything up and see how this motor is going to roll.

Part 3: Time to attach the motor to our car frame. I've got these sturdy aluminum racks to hold it in place securely.

Part 4: Let's make room for that pedal and get it installed. We're getting closer to that first test drive!

Part 5: The final stretch! We're going to put all the pieces together, double-check our wiring, and get ready to hit the road in style.
