If you're like me, you may feel like a failure when you see your radishes go to seed. I thought my bolting radishes would only be good for saving seeds until I found out I could eat the seed pods. Now I want to share with you how to use them so you can always fall back on a second harvest if your radishes go to seed. They're not just edible, they're pretty darn tasty too!
