In this video, I walk you through steps you can take to make sure you get the notification sound working when you get a text message or call on WhatsApp. You want to make sure do not disturb is turned off in the settings but also your volume is up and you're not connected to any other random Bluetooth device. This applies to any group chats, personal DMs, and whether you have a personal or business WhatsApp account. This works for any Android device from Samsung to Huawei in 2021.
