The Government of Jamaica is undertaking a major development plan to support the country’s economic growth, facilitate new opportunities and build resilience to climate change and natural hazards.

This includes the design and establishment of Jamaica’s Next City, a major strategic plan for the country and the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is the agency charged with the responsibility to make this long term development happen.
