8 oz. Mushrooms
6 Tbsp. Butter
6 Tbsp. Flour
1 C. Chicken Broth
1 C. Milk
Salt & Pepper

Onion Soup Dry Mix:
1/2 C. Onion Flakes
1/4 C. Beef Broth Powder
1/2 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 Tsp Pepper

Pork Chop & Rice Bake:
2-1/2 lbs. Pork Chops
1-1/2 C. Uncooked Rice
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup Or Homemade
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix Or Homemade
3 C. Beef Broth
1 tsp. Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Bake @375 for 1 hour or freeze unbaked

Meat Loaf
1-1/2 lbs. Burger
1 Box Stuffing Mix
Onions
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Ketchup
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Bake@ 350 for 1 hour or freeze unbaked
