The Curious Terror Of The "Anti Joker"

During the end of the New 52 era of DC Comics a new Batman villain debuted. Destined to face off against the Jim Gordon version of The Dark Knight Mister Bloom terrorized the streets of Gotham. While he may have looked like some form of Lovecraftian Slendermanesque horror one of the characters creators briefly gave him an interesting label...the Anti-Joker.
