Łódź Horticultural EXPO 2024 gained AIPH approval as an A1 category event in March 2018. The expo theme – “Nature of the City” aims to address the challenges presented by on-going urbanisation. Situated in the centre of Poland, Łódź is one of the country’s most dynamically developing cities. As an essential road and rail hub, it is Poland’s communication and logistics centre and also offers a rich cultural and academic life. “Nature of the City” is the idea of a city as a pleasant and healthier environment; a place to live and work and a place for leisure, entertainment and recreation. EXPO Horticultural 2024 invites residents and participants to co-create this unique exhibition and have a real impact on change in the city and other cities around the world.
