Rachmaninov - Suite n°1 for 2 pianos, op. 5 : Barcarolle (Dmitry Shishkin & Julien Kurtz)

Les Amateurs virtuoses international piano festival is a French-based organisation dedicated to offering some of the most outstanding amateur pianists in the world chances to perform in prestigious venues all over the globe.

In October 2023, les Amateurs virtuoses we held for the third time in Bayreuth, Germany.
Dmitry Shishkin took part in the festival to teach masterclasses and to play in the final concert of the festival, which was held in the Margravial Opera house of Bayreuth, a World Heritage UNESCO site.

Dmitry Shishkin performed a solo part with works by Franz Liszt, and shared the stage with several Amateurs virtuoses pianists in Rachmaninov Suite op. 5 for 2 pianos, and in Saint-Saëns Carnaval of the animals.
