Aunt Martha Corinne remembers her beloved husband Henry Walton who died many years before. Richard (John Boy) is so good with his flinch and hard swallow conveying my own sentiment and Beulah Bondi is just amazing. Love how she holds her head up when she leaves for the last time... So taken was the nation with Henry Waltons family in the first two episodes of season 3 called The Conflict, that they all got their own episodes. Wade and Vera (Richard Hatch & Lindsay V. Jones) got their own episode in season 4 episode 12 called The Estrangement and Martha Corrine (Beulah Bondi) got her own in season 5 episode 11 called The Pony Cart, for which she won an Emmy. And Cousin Boon (Morgan Woodward) got his own episode in season 7 episode 4 called The Moonshiner.
