Finding a HOT BITE in South St. Augustine, FL (Matanzas Inlet)

The forecast was calling for winds blowing pretty hard out of the south-southeast in St. Augustine. So I loaded up the Big Fish 103 and headed to Matanzas Inlet. I wound up catching some bait because the bait shop was closed. It was the day after Hurricane Helene passed through North Florida and they lost power.

Though the conditions of strong tides and winds made things difficult, we had a pretty steady bite and got on some good fish.
