S6:E9 FIX YOUR FEAR OF THE PUCK | NCAA RULE CHANGE WILL KILL THESE LEAGUES

Every goalie at some point has experienced a healthy fear of the puck. Clearly, you won’t be playing high level hockey if you can’t overcome this issue. I bring out a private student of mine, Xavier Wesley to help me demonstrate some corrective drills we can use to mitigate this fear.

I also go over my thoughts on how the new NCAA rule will affect you personally. In essence, the NCAA is now going to allow athletes to play D1 hockey even if they have played Major Junior in Canada.
