PruvIT Ventures Inc., through their attorney Jennifer Grace has filed a federal lawsuit claiming Forvergreen aka FG Express for Fraud, Business Disparagement, Tortious Interference with Non-Exclusive Sublicense Agreement and Lanham Act Violations.

Their claims against Axcess Global Sciences include - Breach of Non-Exclusive Sublicense Agreement, Fraud, and Promissory Estoppel.

The whole history of ForeverGreen is one of patience, surrender, and a well-cured identity. This is true in all seasons whether they be prosperity or challenge. Many have asked about the litigation among PruvIt Ventures Inc., Axcess Global LLC, and ForeverGreen International LLC.

ForeverGreen takes the action seriously and is placing the appropriate resources into handling the case. Prior to the filing ForeverGreen made good faith efforts to resolve the disputes. Unable to reach mutual resolutions on the issues the parties have sought intervention from the judicial system. ForeverGreen is confident in its positions and grateful for the opportunity to be heard in a court of law.

ForeverGreen was introduced to the ketone technology over two years ago. The introduction was made by Axcess Global, which is the licensor of the university created technology and the patented ketone method for weight management. Excited about the opportunity and excited about the good the technology can be to the world,

ForeverGreen worked with Axcess Global to bring ketone products to the market. As a crowning moment in this process ForeverGreen finalized fully authorized and signed contracts with Axcess Global, the university, and the creator of the weight management patent. These signed agreements provide ForeverGreen the rights and responsibilities to provide weight management and ketone products to the world. This is a privilege ForeverGreen holds at great value.

While ForeverGreen is disappointed the situation will require intervention by a court of law, ForeverGreen is pleased to be able to protect its contractual rights.

It is not the ForeverGreen way to convince or distract. ForeverGreen is publicly traded and must do things correctly. ForeverGreen is not simply another hyped startup company. Rather ForeverGreen has been peacefully operating with success for over a decade and looks forward to many decades to come! ForeverGreen wishes justice upon all parties involved.
