Think you're on top of your game? These lads have been up since 5am hurling themselves at any body of cold water they can find. Ice bath? Already been in before their meal replacement breakfast. Shower? hot tap hasn't been touched since the pre-Wim era. Even stopped jogging en route to work to expense a vitamin shake with ice and douse themselves with it.

It's not even 7am and they're 15 David Goggins Tiktoks deep, ready to consult the hell out of an FMCG. Powerpoint is absolutely shaking.

That said, the rig has been getting sloppy. But they're on that already. Half marathon plan in full swing. Laps around Canary Wharf at lunchtime, laps around the common in the evening. Let loose at the weekend, Six Nations after all.
