Cody Rhodes Post Smackdown dark match victory Nashville Tennessee October 4 2024

I just got back from the WWE Smackdown event from Nashville, TN. What an amazing night it was. To cap it off, it was announced that Cody Rhodes was going to face Austin Theory for the title.

This would be the post show dark match to send the fans home happy. I for one was excited, because I had not seen Cody wrestle. The last time RAW was in town he started a short program with Shinsuke Nakamura.

The match was really fun and a bit of a departure from the scripted stuff they have to do for the show.

After the match was over, and Cody secured the victory he thanked the crowd, and put over some of his family members and referee Charles Robinson. It was really fun.
