Nkauj Hmoob Tshwj Xeeb, also known as the Esteemed Hmong Ladies, is a competitive dance team founded in 2021. Made up of talented and passionate youth ages 13 to 19, our mission is to keep Hmong culture alive through the art of dance. More than a team, we are cultural ambassadors committed to honoring our ancestors, sharing our stories, and passing down traditions for future generations.

The vision of Traditions In Motion Event (TIME) 2025 is grounded in the preservation of Hmong culture and heritage, the empowerment and uplift of Hmong dancers, and the recognition of 50 years of Hmong communities in the United States.

TIME 2025 would not have been possible without the collective support of the community and the many individuals who contributed to the event. We extend our sincere gratitude to all who helped bring this historic event to life.
